Easy Detox Recipes

Detoxification, as I imagine you already know or have a good idea about, is as special type of diet, like a lemon juice diet, used to cleanse your body of all of the bad things that build up inside it over time.    It is often said that the more fiber and liquid, the better. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, beans and nuts, but try to avoid caffeine, carbonated drinks, sugars like chocolates, alcohol and yeast, or at least greatly limit their intake.

Some recommend going on a monotrophic diet after a three-day fast. By monotrophic, which means eating only one type of fruit each meal. As an xampl for breakfast you could choose to have an apple. For lunch and orange or pineapples. Eat just as much as you need. You could squeeze in a grapefruit juice later in the day, like around 3:30. And after 6pm try to eat only one other fruit.

This is just one example which could be easy for some and more difficult for others to stick to. Most people prefer to use detox recipes as the best way to proceed for them. These detox recipes are specifically designed to give you all the necessary nutrients your body needs and provide you with important antioxidants and substances that will cleanse your body of toxins.

One recipe you could try for breakfast is a vegetable super juice which gives you the needed energy boost for your senses desire, awakens your digestive system and can keep you going until the lunch hour or later. For starters, you need a cucumber, 4 celery sticks, 2 to 4 handfuls of spinach, 8 leaves of lettuce. Parsley and fresh alfalfa sprouts can be added as well. Just put everything in a juicer and let it do it’s thing.  It is very  easy and simple. Then just add distilled water and a little lemon juice.
